I've learned that the past is not fixed but everchanging, so what if I put my intention into the past so time would've already gone by now, could I suddenly have gotten rich years ago?

No, because that's where that woman got her lollipop. The chances of you running into the same stand she did was just the outcome of living somewhere near a place that sells lollipops.

I'm not joking around when I say this. Today I really think I manifested a lollipop. I was downtown and I saw this woman with a lollipop and thought to myself "I want a lollipop, too." i repeated that in my mind between three and five times and then thought "I'm going to get a lollipop today," and it really felt like it was a planned arrangement. Whaddayou know, three hours later I'm walking around this corner and there's a stand selling candy handing out free lollipops. Is that manifesting?
