I am not going to harrass or argue with you, but in reality just imagine if your whole life was dedicated to your band. Later on the few members took others to replace what you worked your ass off to achieve in order to BECOME famous. You cannot say that KISS would be half as great as they were or even make it for that matter without the other two. The combination of all four is what people saw and love(d). Personally I would be a little frusterated.

I have to say that my two favourite members are Peter and Ace. I enjoy KISS, but I do believe they sold out and any fan can see that by the late 70's. I don't blame Peter and Ace for leaving because the music WAS changing (it wasn't the old Cold Gin type stuff). I'm definatley not bashin Gene and Paul, but anyone has to admit dressing two other performers as Peter and Ace is bad taste. Kiss are a great band and I love them, but every band has its downpoints such as the Who continuing after Moon.
