For me the best point on Peo's version is that it's so peaceful - well in balance. Thanks for your comment...

Yokoh'scompositions and transcriptions are really nice to play. John Williams made this Sakura, or cherry blossams in Japanese, variations popular, but some other pieces of Yokoh should be known more in the word of guitar. I like your interpretaion of this piece. Your tremoro is sublimely beautiful. From lute323, Japan.

Excellent! You've captured the sound of the koto nicely.

Thanks for interest. I try to explain this tremolo on the text "about this video". Also I give an explanation on the other video "impossible tremolo-S.Rak:Cry Of The Guitar". All the same I'm practising Recuerdos de la Alhambra with the same technicue and I've already published one video about it - later (hope) I do it better.

I have no idea what you're doing on that tremolo section. It looks like instead of a-m-i you have a sort of flamenco rasqueado motion. What's going on there? it's nice.

V. T. is the name of this guitarist. The original song comes from Japan, but these variations are made by Y. Y.

What means Vesa Teittinen?Where can i find the original song?

It's Nokia N93. The file size had to be kept under 100 MB, so I had to pack it but the sound and picture went down. I'm using my mobile every day at teaching work (today a couple of times) to send videos from the present lesson to pupils' E-mail - it works better than I guessed. Glad that you liked this though. |
