spend some time sending conscious thoughts of everyone loving everyone in your own meditative form, spine aligned chakras lines up and flowing freely for (1/2 hour) put your two hands together in prayer form, later in the day, you will be blessed something that will make you very happy. Get in this habit and you will have an abundant supply of abundant joy and bliss.
