yeah that's prob what they did cuz Miley couldnt eat that much sugar in one take, that would be really bad for her.

yeah exactly! Miley isnt low in the sand at all! really, i think the writers just thought it would be good to have an episode on diabetes so that when kids watched it, they would be aware of it.. and ur right about the halloween-christmas thing, although the cause of kid (or type 1) diabetes is unknown but it might have to do with heredity or something. but u can get type 2 as an adult if u were overweight as a kid. at least that's what i know from what ive read about diabetes.

well, actually know, i just saw it lol I said that before when I didnt see it. I think because they were switching between Miley and her dad so then they could have been different shots put together, so then, then just added it in in editing and so she could spit it out
