i'ma tell you why dragsters don't need blowers, they have huge turboes, and run on fuel mixed with liquid explosives (nitroglycerin) :)

Theres a v8 under there but sure as hell can't here it all I hear is those superchargers lol and to all the f1 comments keep in mind that this has got mostly mechanical systems where f1 is all about whos pit crew can electronically control the vehicle the best.. its like the driver isn't even involved any longer.

what are you talking about educated opinion and knowledge, you are cursing every second word... what cant you understand the f1 cars you are talking about are made with millions of dollars and a whole crew of engineers...a dragster like this one is build by ordinary people like you and me... and nothing can compete whith it in accelaration, like nothing can compete whith the f1 car in the circuit... every car has something negative and something positive.

Oh I get it... if 2 feet of blower, carbs and bug catcher sticking out of the hood is good then 3 feet is even better... even if it adds weight and hp drag. Kewl. The rest of the car looks great... even though I'm not a big fan of the Pro Street look.

It just looks retarded to me. If show was the point here it looks gaudy and stupid. I have seen blowers mounted side by side but never stacked. If an 8000 hp dragster doesn't need twin blowers why does a 1600 hp street car? And if one blower is gutted he is still turning a belt and that sucks hp. Even those goofy lookin cartoon cars like The Muscle Machines aren't that dumb looking. Sorry if my opinion gets your panties in a bunch.
