I saw him live. It was so awesome I almost crapped my pants from over excitement. Seriously, it's even better to hear his stuff live...I'll see him live again that's for sure. This time with my girlfriend so I can make sweet love to her with Dufour playing in the background and the audience applauding my sexual expertise ;)

I like this from a first listen. Is very similar to Andy McKee in some ways. I'm sure many guitarists use such techniques however.

he does once in a while i believe, although i wouldn't trust me on that one.it is however a baritone guitar yes.

the other option for you would be a Sunrise s/h pickup handmade by Jim Kaufman. It's a passive p/u that will need a pre-amp (which he also makes. I don't know if you dig Michael Hedges but he used one on his old D-28 Martin...check out what he gets outta that thing...good luck man
