1=feel comfortable when you sit or somthing2=control your breath inhale 6 times whit mouth and let out whit mouth 3 times and 3 times whit nose.3=observe your breathing4=no need to close your eyes,just like an halfopen curtain,-this is to avoid sleepingbtw for the materialiststhere is a small area in your head which is continiously under stress.whit meditation you avoid stress and that small area in your head will calm downin normal state its even under pressure when youre sleeping
