dunno... thought that being enlightened is not "only" just the KNOWING with our brain that we are not does this body, this ego, but EXPERIENCING this. I think that f it is just the intelectual (brain)-KNOWING about "who/what we are", is just another ego-trick, a make believe, a pseudo-enlightenment.Would like your comment on this.

I would add awareness of the sleeping self and realizing within the broader space you are not that is benefcial. You are awake already. The mind and "self" you give attention to isn't real.Relaxing out of thought is a great place to start. Notice when no attachment to thought occurs you feel a relief from the "me" and it's judgments conclusions and dramas. This "me" can be seen as simply conditioned memories and relax into your true nature.Silence and your brain will love you for it.

Enlightenment is the natural state of man....there is no constant state of bliss to achieve. Those are the byproducts of moving throught different states of consciousness.

enlightenment is to realize all the conscience byond all the mind process of: memorys, concepts, desires, Ego identification, thoughts. What can bring you ? The possibility of seeing things as they are and not as they seem to be through the filter of conceptual mind.I think it's true that we have moments of total enlightenment and them you go back to sleep and forget it all, in that moment we got lost in the mind state os conscience jumping from thought to thought .Them we come backthanks!!!

If I am aware I am a hologram here on the holographic Earth, rather than the illusion of flesh, does that make me enlightened, or just crazy? I mean the illusion of flesh is fun, and all, but if my senses are on during dreamtime, if I can feel, and see, and think, and know myself in, then waking consciousness doesn't have the same REAL quality I once mistook it for.

can enlightenment mean you are sleeping without a care in the world and your dreams are lucid vivid and beautiful ?
