Dunno about that, but that is the proper way to count in Americal Sign Language :)

At 0:38 he counts "1" with forefinger... then "2" with FF and middle finger, but then at "3" does it with thumb. In the Czech Republic, "1" started at thumb. Is it different in Belgium? I know this is a really odd question.
